An Implant-Only Practice In The Richmond District.

San Francisco has no shortage of dentists. What it's short on is implant-only practices that itemize every quote in writing — offices where the person reading your scan owns the practice, quotes you in writing, and answers for the result years later. That's what our Geary Boulevard office brings north of the bridge.

A clinician leaning in beside a smiling patient
Nobody here treats a chart. They treat the person in the chair.

The office at 4318 Geary Boulevard, Suite 201 handles your consultation, free 3D CBCT scan, implant surgery, and follow-up care — from the same two owner-doctors who run our Fremont office. Both are complete implant centers, each with its own surgical suites and in-house zirconia lab. Call (415) 696-2922 and a real person answers during regular office hours; Sunday visits are available by appointment.

One practice, one fee schedule, one standard of care — whichever side of the bay you start from.

Every Implant Treatment, At Our San Francisco Office

The Geary office is a complete implant center, not a satellite. Everything below is planned, placed and restored here, by the same two owner-doctors.

All-on-4 & Full-Mouth Implants In San Francisco

Full-Arch Teeth, Milled In Our Own Lab

If most of your teeth are failing, or a loose denture has stopped working, full-arch treatment replaces a whole upper or lower arch with a fixed bridge anchored on implants — the approach often called All-on-4. At the Geary office it happens start to finish: the 3D CBCT scan, the digital plan, the surgery under IV sedation, and teeth milled in our own lab down the hall.

We place as many implants as your bone needs — four, six or eight per arch — rather than fitting every mouth to one number. For qualifying cases your final full-arch teeth are delivered in about 72 hours, not after months in a denture; when your anatomy calls for a staged healing phase first, the doctors explain that before surgery.

How much do implants cost?

What Implant Treatment Costs In California Before anyone quotes you a number

These are not our fees or a statewide average. They are broad planning ranges: the single-implant and full-arch rows reflect our own observation of California pricing, and the other rows are anchored to one public California dental-practice price page, with conservative tool groupings where its rows do not match a case one-to-one. Ours are given to you in writing after the free 3D scan.

Illustrative California planning ranges

A single implant, abutment and crown
$3,500–$7,500
A fixed bridge on two to four implants
$8,000–$11,000
A fixed full-arch restoration · per arch
$20,000–$35,000
Tooth extraction · per tooth
$150–$450
Bone grafting · per site
$200–$3,500
Sinus lift · per side
$1,500–$5,000
IV sedation · per visit
$200–$800

Beyond the one fixed, all-included All-on-4 fee per arch, we publish no flat treatment fees. An honest number depends on your bone, on how many teeth are being replaced, and on the preparatory work your case needs — so it is written down for you after the scan, and nothing is scheduled before you have it.

The page linked below, checked August 2026, is the source for every row except the single-implant and full-arch rows. It is one public price-page example, not a representative survey, and its rows do not map one-to-one to every line above.

Fewer Trips Than You'd Think, Because The Lab Is Ours

How Care Flows Between Geary And Fremont

The classic San Francisco implant experience is a referral relay: one office for the consult, another for surgery, a lab across the state for the teeth, and months of appointments stitched together by mail. Our version is shorter because the pieces belong to one family: the doctors, the 3D imaging, the surgery, and the CAD/CAM lab that mills your teeth all answer to the same two names.

For you, that means the visit count drops and each visit does something real. The Geary office is a complete implant center — consultations, scans, planning, surgery, IV sedation and follow-ups — and qualifying patients receive final custom-milled teeth in about 24 hours for single implants, and about 72 hours for full arches. We'll map your exact visit plan before you commit to anything.

Start where every good plan starts: a free consultation with a 3D CBCT scan on Geary. Compare us on cost, on full-arch options, or on the candidacy question you've been carrying — most patients finance larger cases through our lending partners, with a minutes-long prequalification that doesn't touch your credit score. And bring your toughest questions. They're our favorite kind.

Dental Implants In San Francisco:What Patients Ask First

Where is your San Francisco office, and what happens there?

4318 Geary Boulevard, Suite 201, in the Richmond District — on the 38-Geary corridor. The San Francisco office is a complete implant center: consultations, 3D CBCT scans, implant surgery, IV sedation, in-house milled teeth and follow-up care, with the same two owner-doctors who run our Fremont office. Your doctor maps out every visit before anything is scheduled — most patients find the trips fewer than they expected, because the lab being ours means fewer appointments overall.

Are the prices the same in San Francisco as in Fremont?

Identical — one practice, one fee schedule, in writing either way. Your quote depends on your case, not your zip code, and the consultation with a 3D CBCT scan (together a $499 value) is free at both offices. San Francisco patients pay San Francisco rents everywhere else; they don't pay them in our fee schedule.

How much do dental implants cost in San Francisco?

All-on-4 is one fixed, all-included fee of $14,999 per arch, the same here as in Fremont. Beyond that, we don't publish a price list, because an honest number depends on what your 3D scan shows — how many teeth, how much bone, whether you need grafting or sedation. What we can promise is the process: a free consultation and 3D CBCT scan (our regular $499 fee for the two together), then an itemized quote in writing before anything is scheduled. The typical California ranges above show how far a case can move; financing and PPO insurance can bring the monthly figure down.

Do you offer All-on-4 and full-mouth implants in San Francisco?

Yes. Full-arch treatment — All-on-4, All-on-6 and our All-on-8 Robust protocol — is planned, placed and restored at the Geary office, with teeth milled in our own lab. We place as many implants as your bone needs, and for qualifying cases your final full-arch teeth are delivered in about 72 hours. When your anatomy calls for a staged healing phase first, the doctors explain that before surgery.

Is IV sedation available at the San Francisco office?

Yes. IV sedation is provided at both offices by the same team, so you can have your implant surgery on Geary Boulevard without driving to Fremont. We review your health history and the sedation options at the consultation, and you'll need someone to take you home afterwards.

Do you take dental insurance at the San Francisco office?

Yes — the same plans at both offices. We're in-network with many major PPO plans, including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife and Guardian, we work with out-of-network PPO benefits too, and we file the claim either way. We can't accept Medicare, Medi-Cal or HMO plans for implant procedures. Our insurance page lists every plan.

Will I see the same doctor at both offices?

Yes — that's the point of being family-owned rather than franchised. Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta are the owner-doctors across both locations; the doctor who reads your scan on Geary Boulevard is the doctor who plans your case, performs your treatment, and sees you at follow-ups, year after year. There's no rotating cast and no handoff between strangers.

How fast can San Francisco patients get their final teeth?

The same in-house timeline every patient here gets: for qualifying cases, a final custom-milled tooth in about 24 hours for single or multiple implants, and final full-arch teeth in about 72 hours — because your teeth are milled in our own lab, not mailed to a third party. For a San Francisco patient, that mostly means fewer bridge crossings: the visits are few, planned in advance, and each one accomplishes something visible.

Why choose an implant-only center over my SF general dentist?

Implants are all we do, and we've done only that since 2008 — no cleanings-and-veneers practice with implants on the side. That focus is why complex cases end up here: severe bone loss, zygomatic anchorage, failed implants placed elsewhere, full-mouth rebuilds. It's also why the results hold up in public: a 4.9-star Google rating and more than 600 reviews across Google and Yelp, earned one patient at a time. Your general dentist remains your general dentist — we're the implant-focused practice they can refer complex implant cases to, minus the months of referral ping-pong.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Center for Implant Dentistry! From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I walked out with my beautiful new smile, I felt welcomed, cared for, and confident that I was in the right hands. I had All-on-6 full upper and lower implants. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta are incredibly talented at what they do. They didn’t just give me new teeth — they gave me a new lease on life. Seeing my new smile for the first time was emotional, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the end result. The amount of skill, care, and attention to detail that went into my treatment was incredible. The entire staff was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone was welcoming, patient, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Having major dental work done can be scary, but they took such great care of me every step of the way. I walked in hoping to get my smile back, and I walked out with more confidence than I could have imagined. I can smile again without trying to hide my teeth, and that means more to me than I can put into words. Thank you, Dr. Jain, Dr. Gupta, and the entire Center for Implant Dentistry team for giving me my smile and my confidence back. You truly changed my life, and I will forever be grateful. If you are considering dental implants and are nervous or unsure about taking that first step, I wholeheartedly recommend Center for Implant Dentistry. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly life-changing experience.

I had been hiding my smile for a long time. Eating was difficult, smiling in photos felt uncomfortable, and little by little it started affecting my confidence in ways I did not even realize. Walking into Center for Implant Dentistry, I was hopeful, but also nervous. This was a big decision for me. Now, when I look in the mirror, I do not just see new teeth. I see my confidence coming back. I can smile freely again, eat comfortably, and feel like myself again. That is something I will always be grateful for. I highly recommend Center for Implant Dentistry to anyone thinking about dental implants. This place did not just change my smile. It changed how I feel about myself. I visited again this Implant Center for checkups and the whole staff is lovely.
