Really free, and the 'catch' is our business model: we'd rather prove our expertise before you pay us a dime. Your visit includes the exam and a medical-grade 3D CBCT scan (together a $499 value), a review of your options with the doctor, a smile preview if you'd like one, and an itemized treatment plan in writing. If you take it home and never return, we'll consider it a good deed — though many people, once they've seen their own scan explained honestly, choose to stay.
A doctor — specifically one of the two owner-doctors who would perform your treatment. There are no 'smile consultants' working on commission here and no closing scripts. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta examine you, read your scan with you, and answer questions until you run out of them; the same doctor stays with your case from that first conversation to your final teeth and every check-up after.
Just yourself. If you have them, bring a list of your medications, your dental insurance card (we work with all PPO plans, are in-network with many, and will check your benefits), and any recent X-rays from other offices. All of it is helpful, none of it is required — we take our own 3D scan free of charge. If past dental work failed or another office turned you away, bring that story too; it changes nothing about your welcome and everything about how carefully we plan.
Yes — that's half the point. You'll leave with an itemized plan showing exactly what your case involves and costs, in writing, before you commit to anything. If financing helps, we'll run a prequalification with our lending partners during the same visit; it takes minutes and doesn't affect your credit score.
Plan on about an hour. That's enough time for the conversation, the scan, the smile preview if you'd like one, and the written plan — without ever feeling rushed. If your case is complex or you have a lot of questions, we'd rather run long than make you feel processed; tell us when you book and we'll schedule accordingly.
Nothing bad — a consultation involves no needles, no drills, and no judgment; it's a conversation, a scan that never touches your teeth, and a plan. Tell us about the anxiety when you book and we'll pace everything to you. And when treatment day eventually comes, oral and IV sedation from ACLS-certified doctors can make the visit you're dreading far easier than you imagine — many patients remember little of it.

The whole process took about 3 hrs.. the procedure was done without any pain. Instructions were clear for the postoperative. Highly recommend this clinic.
