Dr. Arpana Gupta has been practicing dentistry for last fifteen years and for past ten years in California and Massachusetts. Dr. Gupta graduated in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery (BDS) and continued to do a master’s degree (MDS) in Endodontics in 1999, both from King George Medical & Dental College, India. Dr. Gupta tought and worked as head of the department of Endodontics at Subharti Dental College in India for two years.
Dr. Gupta helped Dr Jain in setting up a federally funded Community Health Center in an under served remote County of North Western Massachusetts in 2001. Dr. Gupta along with Dr. Jain were the only two dentist available in the entire Franklin County to treat the low income, uninsured population. As a result of her hard work and dedication, she was awarded the “Health Leadership Award” by Franklin County for her services to underserved population.
Dr. Gupta was honored for her achievements in implant dentistry and was awarded the Fellowship & most recently the Mastership in International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI). Dr. Gupta joined a select group of dentists from all over the world to receive recognition for this accomplishment. ICOI is world's largest implant organization and is recognized as premier dental organization.
Dr. Gupta is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support by American Heart Association. Also, Dr. Gupta continually takes courses on Emergency Medicine, Basic and Advanced 12 lead EKG interpretation, and Emergency Airway Management. Since she began practicing dentistry, Dr. Gupta has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
Dr. Gupta enjoys dancing and cooking and lives with her husband Dr. Sam Jain and daughter Gauri and Paras in Fremont.
